Sunrise Banks is Here for You.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been a trying time for us all. The families affected by this tragic pandemic are in our thoughts and hearts, and we’re doing all we can to keep our customers, partners and employees safe.
We also know that your personal and business financial needs still need to be met every day.
As an FDIC insured bank that is well capitalized, Sunrise Banks is here to help – whether that’s answering questions about accounts, accessing your money, providing you access to credit or providing assistance with online banking.
Our Branch Lobbies Are Closing Temporarily to Protect You
Our main priority is your safety and peace of mind.
We’ve decided to temporarily close our bank branch lobbies, effective Monday, March 16. However, our Como Avenue and Washington Avenue branches are still offering drive-through service hours. In addition, we are just a phone call away at 651-265-5600 to answer questions about your account.
Visit our previous update for a list of closures and additional information on what we’re doing to mitigate the spread of the virus.
Your Accounts Are Safe – Access Your Accounts Directly via Digital Banking or ATMs
Sunrise continues to offer its online and mobile banking options for both business and personal customers. This service allows you to check balances, make deposits, transfer money and pay bills. You can set up an online account here.
We also have resources online to help guide you through our digital banking features.
Additionally, we have increased mobile deposit daily limits for both our business and consumer accounts. Business limits have increased to $25,000, unless custom limits have already been placed on your account. Consumer limits have increased to $5,000. Per our normal business practices, we will continue to monitor accounts to help keep your funds safe and secure.
With 8 ATM locations and access to thousands of ATMs through the Accel network, you can easily access your accounts to make deposits and get the cash you need. Visit our locations page to find the ATM closest to you.
Look Out for One Another
We believe it is socially responsible to work with local government and health officials to implement strategies that keep you and our employees safe. We are continuing to be as transparent and communicative as possible.
Be sure to use reputable sources for information on COVID-19. Sunrise is following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Off Site Link guidelines and continues to monitor information from WHO as well as the Minnesota Department of Health Off Site Link.
Look out for one another. Keep your loved ones close and remember we are stronger together.
Sincerely,
David Reiling
