It’s that time of the year again where kids are getting ready to head back to school. Unfortunately, many families in our communities do not have the resources to buy what they need for their children to have a successful school year.  To help support these families, Sunrise Banks will be hosting a school supply drive at each of our six branch locations.

This year we will be collecting school supplies for two organizations: Merrick Community Services in Saint Paul & Project for Pride in Living (PPL) in Minneapolis.

Please join us in making this school year a great one for students in our community! Any school supplies are welcome, but here are a few high-need ideas if you are like me and haven’t had to think about school supplies for some time:

•          Quality backpacks
•          24 pack of crayons
•          Paper 2-pocket folders
•          Spiral notebooks
•          Markers
•          Glue/glue sticks
•          Scissors
•          #2 pencils
•          3×5 index cards
•          Rulers

Please drop off your donations at any of the Sunrise Banks locations by August 22.
