Sunrise Banks was named a Best Places to Work honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. This is the fourth time that the bank has received the recognition.
To compete in the program, Sunrise Banks employees were asked to complete an anonymous survey ranking the bank’s management, communication and culture. A third-party working with the Business Journal, Quantum, tabulated the scores to determine this year’s honorees.
“We’re proud to be a Best Places to Work honoree and congratulate all of this year’s winners,” said Sunrise Banks CEO David Reiling. “Employees need flexibility and understanding from their employers. We do our best to support our staff in any way we can, and we’re glad that Sunrise employees feel valued at the bank.”
