    Available to all full-time employees and their families. Sunrise also offers a Health Savings Account option.

    Basic life, short-term and long-term disability coverage are available to all employees.

    Sunrise will match your 401k investment dollar-for-dollar on investments of up to 4%. This is a safe harbor plan, meaning employee contributions and company matches are immediately 100% vested.

    Offered to both full- and part-time employees.

    Full-time employees are granted 40 hours of volunteer time off annually with approval from their manager; part-time employees have the ability to complete 20 hours of volunteer time off.

Culture

Working at Sunrise is more than your typical banking or fintech career. Our culture is something we’re proud of, and we use it to drive our mission, values, and innovation.

What does our culture look like? It takes shape in a number of ways from virtual engagement activities like bingo and chalk contests, and in-person volunteer outings to our annual all-company meeting that includes our remote workers outside of Minneapolis.

On Thursday, December 7 at 3:30 am CT, we will be upgrading our digital banking service to provide for a better user experience. You may experience intermittent outages or service availability until the upgrade is complete.


We have identified a possible funds transfer posting error regarding transfers made on December 4th and 5th. We are working with our business partners to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
