About Patricia

Patricia (Patti) Hartsfield-Davis joined the Board of Directors for Sunrise Banks in 2023. She is currently a consultant in the financial services industry, with a focus on compliance risk and regulatory supervision and enforcement matters.

Previous Experience

Patti has held several executive, senior leadership and consulting roles in the banking and financial services industry. She currently is a regulatory compliance consultant for Mitchell Sandler PLLC and Assurity Advisors. Patti also held senior leadership roles in compliance and risk management at Fifth Third Bank, Ally Financial/Ally Bank and Bank of America.

Education

Patti attended the University of Washington in Seattle and Central Washington State University in Ellensburg, Wash., with studies in Business and Music. She has also completed numerous compliance-related educational programs and is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking.

Professional and Civic Involvement

Patti is past chair of the American Bankers Association’s Compliance Administrative Committee and has been a frequent speaker at compliance-related conferences. She is a strong supporter of United Way and was active in Cincinnati’s Arts Wave initiatives.
