COVID-19 Updates


We’re facing an unprecedented public health crisis. Our thoughts are with those affected by COVID-19 and we are doing all we can to protect our customers, employees and our partners.

We are closely monitoring the situation, following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and our local state health department.

At Sunrise Banks we believe it is socially responsible to not only put preventative measures in place to help protect our employees and clients, but to also be as transparent and communicative as possible. That’s why we’re contacting you, our valued partner, to keep you up-to-date on our business continuity plans.

Business Continuity

Sunrise maintains comprehensive and coordinated plans to address business continuity and recovery needs of key operations.  Last week we ran exercises with critical segments of our teams to validate and strengthen our resilience plans. These tests ensured we can maintain business continuity under different scenarios, including operating with a decentralized workforce. The exercises were successful and reassuring, with learnings incorporated into our operational plans.  We want to assure you that normal business processes continue to function daily as usual.

Virtual Meetings and Travel

Sunrise Banks has cancelled all unnecessary business travel and is asking that all partner meetings be held via videoconference. We are regularly communicating with employees and employing virtual meetings to ensure we remain healthy while also completing necessary tasks to keep the business up and running.

Employee Wellness

Our employees’ safety is our main priority.  We implemented a mandatory work from home policy in all of our offices for all employees not required to be in company facilities to perform their role.  For employees required to be in the office given the nature of their role, we have created separation among our employees for their safety.

Stay Safe and Look Out for One Another

Again, we will remain vigilant through this trying time and do all we can to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and partners.

Online Banking Log In

Securely log in to online banking to manage your accounts, send payments, transfer money and pay bills.

On December 10 between 12:00 am and 6:00 am we will be performing routine maintenance in order to maintain the safety and soundness of your account. You may experience intermittent availability of overall access to or functionality within digital banking as a result.

We have identified a possible funds transfer posting error regarding transfers made on December 4th and 5th. We are working with our business partners to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
