With the holiday season quickly approaching, people all around have begun to decorate, play festive music and shop for the perfect gifts for loved-ones. As we go out shopping, buying gifts for family and friends, it’s also a great time to consider giving to those in need.

This holiday season at Sunrise Banks, employees are encouraged to give. One of the ways employees at Sunrise are giving is with “Red Mittens.” Each branch has red mitten ornaments, each mitten has a list of items needed by local family member in need. This year the number one need is everyday clothing. Along with the clothing, each family also asked for a rice cooker.

Many organizations have opportunities during the holidays encouraging employees and customers to take part in giving. So, this year while you are out and about keep an open mind and think about how you might give.
