Sunrise Banks Chief Brand Officer Becca Hoeft to Receive Honory American FFA Degree

October 20, 2017

Sunrise Banks Chief Brand Officer Becca Hoeft has been named as one of the recipients of the 2017 Honorary American FFA Degree from FFA to be announced at their 90th Annual Convention and Expo later this month in Indianapolis.

The Honorary American FFA Degree is an opportunity to recognize those who have gone beyond valuable daily contributions to make an extraordinary long-term difference in the lives of students, inspiring confidence in a new generation of agriculturists.

This award is given to those who advance agricultural education and FFA through outstanding personal commitment. She is joined on this prestigious list by fellow Minnesota chapter representatives as well as representatives from all other national chapters including longtime agriculture advocate, Minnesota Senator Gary H. Dahms (R) District 16, Assistant Majority Leader and Executive Director of the Minnesota Agriculture Education Leadership Committee, Sarah Dornick.

The National FFA Organization works to enhance the lives of youth through agricultural education. Without the efforts of highly dedicated individuals, thousands of young people would not be able to achieve success that, in turn, contributes directly to the overall well-being of the nation.

“This award is an incredible honor,” says Hoeft. “Over the years it’s been such a great journey seeing these talented students become leaders in their communities across the country. I’m humbled to be recognized for my contributions.”

Hoeft served as Chair for the MN FFA Foundation in 2015-2016 and is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Past Chair. She has been a member of the board since 2011.
