Build and lead the Sunrise Banks customer behavior & insights program and a well planned research plan. Direct these findings into our marketing & PR and team budget and integrating into our agile work process. This includes leading all research efforts about consumers, our customers and their behavior as well understanding how to differentiate ourselves from competitors.
