Ten Minnesota businesses were named 2019 “Best for the World” honorees Off Site Link by B Lab, an independent, international certification agency that measures business performance. The Best for the World designation is earned by certified B Corporations that score in the top 10% in B Lab’s assessment process.

Certified B Corporations are built on the belief that purpose is as important as profit. B Corps meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. B Corp Certification doesn’t just evaluate a product or service — it assesses the overall positive impact of the company that stands behind it. B Corps from 44 countries were named to the 2019 Best for The World lists.
