The award recognizes mission-driven businesses focused on creating purposeful outcomes for consumers. Real Leaders takes into consideration a company’s growth and its B Impact Score Off Site Link when selecting award recipients.

Real Leaders recognized 300 companies from a variety of industries across the globe, including well-known brands like Patagonia, Ben and Jerry’s and Microsoft.
