Sunrise Banks Board Member Joyce Cacho has been named one of 2021's Most Influential Black Executives by Savoy Magazine.
The award “showcases an elite representation of African-American men and women who have been recognized for their executive and business leadership in national and global-leading corporations,” according to Savoy.
Previous winners include top executives and board directors from Salesforce, Starbucks, AARP and Merck, among others.
“I am truly honored to be included in this list of distinguished excellence, representative of the journey going from intention to action to catalytic change, despite constant headwinds. What these colleagues have accomplished is inspirational. Their work provides a leadership roadmap of actions which drive innovation and growth, and which are foundational to the ‘next normal' we’re building today,” said Cacho.

Cacho has more than 25 years of experience in global finance and risk management and served on the board of directors at Land O’Lakes, Inc. and Winrock International. In addition to her independent director work at Sunrise Banks, she currently serves on the board of directors at the World Benchmarking Alliance and is the president and CEO of Adinura Advisory Services.
Cacho joined Sunrise Banks’ board in 2018. Cacho’s previous honors include being named to Savoy’s 2017 list, “Power 300: Most Influential Black Corporate Directors,” and Directors and Boards’ 2017 list of “Directors to Watch.”
Sunrise Banks holds national and Minnesota banking charters and is a Certified B Corporation, Community Development Financial Institution, and a member of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values.
