Digital Banking Upgrade FAQs

Digital Banking will undergo a little spring cleaning! Beginning April 27, 2021, personal and commercial digital banking users will see a fresh set of updates.

Personal Digital Banking

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 27, you may experience intermittent availability in functionality. We will post a reminder prior to April 27 on our login page.

Yes. You may see the updated version in app stores as early as April 26. It is okay to update prior to April 27.

When an account tile is selected, the page will default to the account’s deposit and balance overview. To view transactions, select the ‘Transactions’ tab next to the ‘Details’ tab.

You may now perform a quick funds transfer from this page.

Quick Balance allows you to check your account balances, for up to five accounts, from the login page without needing to log in.

Push notifications accompany any enabled alert. If an alert is generated, you will receive a notification through your mobile device via the app’s push notification functionality.

We’re happy to announce that you may now view your credit score and report, apply for offers with Sunrise, access a simulator to see how future financial decisions may impact your credit score, as well as view various educational pieces.
