Sunrise Banks branch lobbies will re-open on Tuesday, June 1, and customers will no longer need to make an appointment to meet with a banker.

We’re making this change as more residents become vaccinated against COVID-19 and mandates at the state and federal level continue to ease. However, we will continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure our customers, staff and community members remain safe.

We’ve put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding our reopening. If you’re still not finding answers here, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Our main goal during this re-opening is to keep customers, employees and community members safe.

Will I still be required to wear a face mask in Sunrise Banks branch lobbies?

No. Customers are encouraged, but not required, to wear face coverings while in bank branches.

Will branch hours remain the same?

Yes. Branch hours will remain the same. A complete list of branch hours and ATMs can be found here.

Will there be a limit on how many people can be in a branch at once?

Right now, there is no limit on how many customers can be in a lobby at once. However, if we determine that volume becomes too high, we may impose limits as a safety precaution.

Will I still need to abide by social distancing rules?

No. We will not be enforcing social distancing rules or incorporating Plexiglas barriers.

What will Sunrise Banks do to ensure I’m safe?

All branches will continue to offer hand sanitizer to customers and do all we can to make customers feel safe. We know everyone is re-entering this next phase at their own pace; our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible while still offering top-notch customer service.
