The world is facing an unprecedented health crisis and our hearts go out to those affected. I personally wanted to reach out to you, our customers and community, to talk about our actions based on government recommendations to minimize the impact of COVID-19.

At Sunrise Banks we believe it is socially responsible to protect our customers, employees and community and work with local health and government officials to contain the spread of the virus.

After careful consideration of each branch and possible exposures it could have with tenants, location, etc., we have devised a plan to minimize the impact of the virus while still meeting your banking needs. Starting on Monday, March 16th we are temporarily limiting 1:1 personal interactions and closing all lobbies at all locations. Some drive-throughs and walk-ups will have a staggered approach to closing as indicated in the chart below (dates are start of business day).

Accessing Your Account

While our in-person banking services will be limited, there are still a number of ways to access your account:

Drive-through Service
As indicated above, we will have limited drive-through services. If you haven’t been to either our Como or Washington branch before, visit our locations page to find the address and hours.

With 8 ATM locations and access to thousands of ATMs through the Accel network , you can easily access your accounts to make deposits and get the cash you need. Visit our locations page to find the ATM closest to you.

Online and Mobile Banking
You can access your accounts, deposit checks and easily transfer money using our Online and Mobile Banking services. More information about the services available, visit our Online Banking eGuide.

Just a Phone Call Away
While our lobbies are closed, our staff is just a phone call away. Contact us at (651) 265-5600, we can walk you through any questions you have on your account. If you have an upcoming closing on a loan, our lending staff will be contacting you.
