TELLER SUPERVISOR – WASHINGTON BRANCH
We have an opportunity for a Teller Supervisor at our Washington branch in Minneapolis, MN. This position is responsible for the supervision of the branch’s teller staff, including: oversight of teller policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines, on-going training, supervision and evaluation of all teller functions of that bank location to ensure and maintain the highest level of customer service, compliance, and bank profitability. Manager – IS Infrastructure
Under general direction of the Director of Infrastructure, the Infrastructure Services Manager provides leadership and expertise on hardware, applications, operating systems, security, storage, networking, monitoring, resource management and cloud operations in support of the Information Technology department; and performs related duties as assigned.
As a working manager this position requires a high level of technical skills to be able to perform the work of those supervised with a high level of verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and professionalism to achieve a cohesive and excellent teamwork environment. This position is also responsible for providing strong customer service to internal and external personnel.
