(June 11, 2026) – For a third straight year, Sunrise Banks, a values-based bank with locations in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. and Sioux Falls, S.D., has been named to the Top 200 Workplaces List by the Minnesota Star Tribune.

Among 65 mid-sized companies (150-499 employees) recognized, Sunrise Banks ranks #14 on the Top 200 Workplaces list.

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The 2026 analysis included responses from hundreds of employees at public, private and nonprofit organizations across the state.

“To be named to the Top Workplaces list for three straight years is truly an accomplishment to be proud of,” says David Reiling, President/CEO of Sunrise Banks. “It puts us into a category of companies that are consistently working to grow, evolve and improve to attract and retain the best talent to our organization.”

“By relying on our core values, mission, culture, impact and relationships, we know we can create a workplace where our employees feel welcomed, respected and valued,” Reiling adds.

In addition to making the Top 200 Workplaces list for three straight years, USA Today named Sunrise Banks to its Top Workplaces USA list in 2025 and 2026.

The results of the Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces survey are based on information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on employee responses.
