Sunrise Banks Names Kathleen Brenk Chief People Officer

(St. Paul, Minn. | April 19, 2023) – Sunrise Banks has named Kathleen Brenk as the bank’s new chief people officer.

Brenk brings 25 years of experience in previous Human Resources and Operations roles with expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness for various organizations, and recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent at Marvin Windows and Doors.

This new position will be a part of the executive leadership team, and Brenk will report to Sunrise Banks’ Integrator, Mike Porcello. Brenk’s first day at Sunrise as chief people officer was April 17, 2023.

In addition to her wealth of experiences, Brenk has a SPHR & SHRM-SCP Certification, was the recipient of 2014 Colorado’s Most Powerful and Influential Women: National Diversity Council and is the Board Member for Rainbow Health.
