Card Fees

This is a one-time initial fee that must be paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase.


This is a fee that will be deducted from your Card balance monthly after each 12-month period of inactivity or non-use of your Card. An imposition of a fee or an adjustment due to an error or reversal for a prior transaction does not constitute activity.


This is a fee that will be deducted from your Card balance if you request a replacement Card prior to the expiration date of your Card.
